1. Who we are
FeaturedLane ("FeaturedLane", "we", "us"), owns and operates this website and the public directory of tools and products at https://www.featuredlane.com/.

By browsing the site, creating an account or submitting a listing you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Accounts
You need an account to submit a listing, upvote or comment. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts created with an email address must confirm that address before submitting. We may suspend an account that is used for spam, scraping, impersonation or abuse.
3. What we offer
A free directory listing for every approved submission. Every listing publishes with a nofollow link by default. Embedding our badge on your site is required to be considered for a dofollow link: once we detect the badge live on your site and your listing finishes in the top 3 by votes gained in a 7-day window, the link switches to dofollow automatically, permanently. We recheck the badge regularly; if it is removed, the link reverts to nofollow, and it switches back to dofollow automatically if the badge reappears on a listing that has already won a week. Nothing about the badge or the leaderboard affects whether a listing is approved.
Paid listing. As an alternative to the badge and leaderboard route, we offer one paid package (see Pricing). Your submission is reviewed and approved the same way as any other, before any payment is requested; approval is never bought. Once approved, a one-time payment publishes your listing live with a permanent dofollow link straight away, without requiring the badge or a leaderboard win. Payments are processed by Fungies, our Merchant of Record: Fungies takes the payment, issues the receipt, and we never see your card details. You may only submit a product you own or are authorised to represent. You confirm that the content you publish (name, descriptions, logo, screenshots and links) is yours to publish and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We draft listing copy automatically from your public web page as a convenience; that draft is not published until you have reviewed and saved it, and you remain responsible for what your listing says.
4. Review and approval
Every submission is read by a person, or published automatically depending on how we are running the queue at the time; either way we may decline or remove a listing at our discretion, for example if the site is broken, deceptive, illegal, adult, malware-hosting, or simply not a product.
5. What's not allowed, removal and nofollow
We do not list, and will remove without notice: malware or anything that compromises a visitor's device; adult or NSFW content; illegal products; impersonation of another person, brand or product; misleading claims; scraped or cloned products; or anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property. The same applies to comments and votes: we remove content that is abusive or deceptive, and vote manipulation (extra accounts, paid votes, bots) leads to removal of the listing.
We can remove or edit any listing that breaks these rules, or that stops working (a dead site, an expired domain). A listing that breaks the rules can be removed or have its link set to nofollow at our discretion, whatever its badge or leaderboard status says. A change to the submitted URL on a dofollow listing takes effect only after we have checked it, since the badge check was made against the old address; we also check dofollow links regularly, and a link that no longer points at the product submitted can be set to nofollow.
6. Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong with a listing, contact us at [email protected] (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00), or through the contact form. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and give you a decision within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the decision, reply and ask for it to be escalated; a second person reviews it and answers within a further 10 business days.
7. Your content, your rights
You keep ownership of everything you submit, including your logo and copy. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on the site, in our social posts and in our newsletter, for as long as your listing is published. Ask us to remove a listing and we will.
8. No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular level of traffic, any search ranking, or that a listing will produce a specific number of clicks or sales. We are not responsible for the products listed here or for anything that happens on their sites.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or nil if your listing is free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
