How the review queue works, and what a package changes

Every submission goes to the same queue and is read by the same people. Here is how the queue moves, and what a package changes.

Free, Premium, Featured

When you finish your listing you pick a package. Free is the default and it is a complete listing: your own page, your description, your screenshots, a spot on the launch board, and a link to your site. Premium and Featured add a permanent dofollow link, a Premium tag, analytics, and a timed run in the featured slots on the homepage and your category page. Prices are on the pricing page.

The queue

We work through the queue Featured first, then Premium, then Free, oldest first within each. That is what a paid package buys you before approval: a place nearer the front. It does not buy approval. The person reading a Featured submission is holding it to exactly the standard a Free one gets, and if it does not belong here it is not published.

You pay after, not before

Nothing is charged when you submit. If your tool is approved you get an email saying so, and from your account you can pay for the package you picked, or a different one, or none. The extras switch on the moment the payment confirms, with no second review. A free listing can upgrade at any time later, too.

The badge

We still offer a small badge for your site that links back to your listing. It is entirely optional, and it has no effect on anything: not on approval, not on your link, not on where you rank. Use it if you like it.

If it is not approved

You get an email that says why, and the listing goes back to editable. Fix it and resubmit. Nothing was charged.
